Responsible for the delivery of the Trust Board's strategic vision, Pete is an experienced Multi Academy Trust leader who was part of the team that set up the Trust in 2017. Since then he has acted as both Chief Finance Officer (2017-18) and more recently Chief Operating Officer (2018-25) for the Trust. Prior to working in the Education sector, Pete led operational and change management functions for both Aviva and Lloyds Banking Group.

Sasha Furze
Sasha has worked in school leadership for 18 years and served 13 years as both a Headteacher and Executive Headteacher across a diverse range of schools. Alongside offering support and challenge for our Headteachers in their school improvement journeys, Sasha also works to oversee Inclusion across our Trust in partnership with the Trust SENCo and school SEN teams.

Roger commenced this role in 2023 and has been a secondary Headteacher for ten years and previously an Executive Headteacher within the Trust. He also ran a Standalone Academy Trust for three years. He is passionate about school improvement with a focus on behaviour, teaching and learning, curriculum and outcomes.

Rob Taylor
Responsible for leading the Trust's IT, Estates and Catering functions. Rob's role ensures that every academy operates efficiently, safely and in line with the Trust's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Rob brings over twenty-five years of experience in technology, operations and leadership. Before joining Enrich Learning Trust, he served as Managing Director and Chief Information Security Officer, leading strategic growth initiatives, enterprise cybersecurity programmes and operational transformation across complex service environments. Throughout his career, Rob has held senior positions including Technical Director, Director of Operations and IT Manager, building extensive expertise in operational leadership, service delivery excellence, regulatory compliance and the management of multi-stakeholder technology ecosystems.
